I ordered a 3 piece suit for a wedding. It arrived with a 1000 creases in it and no cleaning instructions.
The staff at Bright were all absolutely lovely and very helpful. They were professional but also had a sense of humour.
They steamed the suit, which was unwearable, and made it like new by 12 noon the next day, all for £12. They were AMAZING! Thank you sooooo much!

Regular and been happy in the past. Dry cleaning not ready when I came to collect due to there being a stain and needed to be re-washed - there was no stain when I dropped them off! Promised there would be no charge when I came back to pick them up, and then denied this completely, charging full price. Obviously will not be returning.

Cannot thank these guys enough, they are miracle workers!!! I took my wedding dress in to be cleaned, was a bit worried as its 23 years old and hadn't been dry cleaned after I wore it, but I needn't of worried, my dress was as beautiful as the day I bought it, it was wonderful to see it back new and cleaned, honestly, I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else, and to top it off, very kind and genuine staff, a great experience.....

Excellent wet wash for suits and trousers, really fresh and clean. Great for alterations too, always ready when they say it will be. I can happily drop of my laundry and collect it the same day, no problems with lost items or mix up, 100% trust them to give good service always. I have used this laundry for years, superb friendly customer service.

Excellent service. I had 5 big sofa cushion covers. They were filthy as I have twin boys. They went above and beyond my expectations.... never did I expect to see such good result. Super value for money. I won't use any other company now. They should be very proud of the business they offer to the public. Thanks guys

As previous reviews, i found this Company and their staff really courteous and friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Great value compared to what many would have charged in the past to dry clean a couple of suits. i will definitely be using them again, and would happily recommend them to friends and family.

Amazing service. I forgot to pick up my wedding dress on Fri and had my wedding on Sat. The owner was really good and brought it to me at my house at 11pm on Fri night. He was so understanding and helpful. The dress was immaculate, amazing customer service & staff. Thank you so much, recommend it with all my heart!

I trusted Bright Launderette with dry cleaning an off-the-rail sample wedding dress that I'd purchased that needed freshening up and some marks removing and they have done an amazing job! These guys are friendly and great had to have my suit trouser waist reduced and leg shortened also 2 suits and shirts dry-cleaned in 1 day they did this and l can say that many other dry cleaners would not be able to do this as usual turnaround is 3 days. I will definitely use their service again and wholeheartedly recommend them. Brilliant from start to finish.
