Designed and built in Italy by a team of ex-Roland piano specialists, Dexibell digital pianos are unique. They sound truly fantastic and make use of some exciting technological innovations. At the core of their tone is the extra-long samples they use for each note. While many digital pianos loop a sample every few seconds, Dexibell use a single recording up to 15 seconds in length.

Great example of an Independent music shop. Called up and negotiated a good deal on a new Fender Telecaster. The gentleman on the phone was super helpful, polite and genuine. We met in the middle price-wise so we both were happy with the transaction, I saved a bit, they still made a profit - win win. The guitar arrived on the specified day nice and early and expertly packed. Part of the deal we struck was for it to be set up with my preferred string sizes and brand. It came, out of the box, set up utterly wonderful to play - no buzzing and nice medium/low action - whoever did the setup is a real

We drove over an hour to visit Bonners and are so glad we did. We wanted a new amp and guitar and thanks to the very helpful Adam the selection process was narrowed down. We were given a room to try several guitars on the amp we had already chosen and were able to take our time. Ended up with an Epiphone Les Paul Classic and Boss Katana 50 and couldn't be happier. Nice to have a carpark there too. Thank you!

I like to try before I buy - but not all music shops seem that keen. Not a problem at Bonners - they were very welcoming (thanks Tom P), happily plugged the keyboard in, asked if I had any questions, and then let me get on with exploring what it had to offer. One month later, and with a bit more money saved up, I returned to Bonners and bought my Roland RD2000.
To sum up? Friendly and professional. Also found Tony's YouTube videos helpful. He comes across as a decent, straightforward guy and since he seems to be one of the owners it gave me added confidence to buy from Bonners.

I bought a Martin dreadnought junior online from Bonners. When it arrived, it was a 000 junior, badged up & boxed as a dreadnought junior.
How this passed through the hands of the Martin factory, then the hands of the Bonners staff & guitar tech, is a mystery.
I contacted the store & emailed them pictures, to show them the obvious issue.
I was informed they didn't have another dreadnought junior in stock, so I would have to wait for one to be ordered & delivered to them from the US, before being sent out to me.
I waited the best part of a month before I finally receiving the correct guitar

I’m hoping the review is a Yes but at the moment it’s a No. I paid for my piano well over a week ago. So far, I’m not being told what the hold up is. This makes me worried. A piano costs a lot of money. I’m having to contact Bonners every day now to ascertain what’s happening. I think they should be contacting me to keep me in the loop. I’m told the piano is in stock. Is the stock on a container? Is it held up? All these questions. I’d like to be told the truth. I will post another review when I get it

Popped into Bonners for the first time the other day and I must say how greatly impressed I was by the range of instruments on offer. As a guitarist, it was great to be able to browse many desirable models. The staff were patient and extremely knowledgeable, and I was given plenty of freedom to take my time to try whatever I wanted. Exactly what you need when choosing a new guitar. Would not hesitate to visit again for further purchases.
