The philosophy behind The Waterfront Bar Bistro is one of a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, a place to meet and eat some great food. Our aim is not to be too formal but ensure guests feel special and enjoy themselves. Our new head chef is working hard with the owners Greg and Lorraine to develop our menus adding colour, texture and flavour to ensure a delicious experience while continually using fresh and local quality ingredients.

We are all excited for the changes to come so keep an eye out on our menus. The Waterfront Bistro is the perfect place to celebrate a birthday, wedding or any special occasion. Nearest parking can be found here. Join us in the bar every Sunday from 4pm and enjoy an afternoon of Soul, Motown & RnB Hits!

Please feel free to call up to discuss your booking requirements. Our friendly staff will gladly assist you with table or menu reservations by the Waterfront. Children of all ages are welcome for lunch but must be 12 or older for dinner reservations.

Really sad to have to write this. But for the first time ever at this usually lovely restaurant, we were very disappointed this evening by the attitude, rudeness and unprofessionalism of one particular waitress which has completely tarnished the reputation of this establishment for us for any further bookings. In these troubled and uncertain times… for the hospitality industry, and having always been supportive of local businesses, especially during lockdown, it was disgraceful how a member of staff showed such disrespect and disregard for our custom this evening. Sat outside for a couple of drinks here, very pleasant. Staff very friendly and efficient, brought out a bowl of iced water for our dog as it was a hot day. Would recommend.
