Struggling to attain a mortgage over the last 5 years, I was giving a little hope, when I was recommended Castlegate FS.
From the initial phone conversation the professionalism and knowledge shone through. I set Sian and her team a huge task, as I had lots of things going against me, Expat, Single, Working away and house vacant, Gift as a deposit and living in N Ireland...
Sian appointed Lauren who took on the challenge, extremely professional, quick to respond to emails, always available to take a call....here I am 10 weeks later writing a review with my house keys in hand. No stresses at all

Rachael in particular was then instrumental and fantastic in ensuring a speedy resolution in moving towards mortgage offer and completion with her active engagement with both the lender involved and the solicitor.

I came to Sian at Castlegate to help me with the Re-mortgaging of my flat and I couldn’t recommend her and the team more. Can’t praise your services highly enough. Sincere care and professionalism throughout from Kelly and the team. Interest rates are really low at the moment and there must be thousands of people who are sitting on a higher rate mortgage and could switch but think the work effort is too much. Not the case!
