Fylde Coast ARC was established in 1982 by our Managing Director David Hyland and is a professional independent repair operation dealing with all car and light commercial accident and insurance repair work. From small beginnings of just one apprentice, David Hyland's passion for repairing vehicles has enabled him to build a company with around 40 employees servicing some of the largest insurance companies in the UK.

Superb service from start to finish. My car went in for repair after an accident and was dealt with unbelievably quickly. The communication from the staff at the Fylde Coast Accident Repair Centre was second to none... in particular from the estimator Mark, who kept me informed of what needed to be done, and most importantly, how long this would take. Very knowledgeable and very pleased to get a phone call saying my car repair was completed much sooner than first thought. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone I know. Fylde Coast has my Tesla model 3 for a boot repair. It has just arrived back after a couple of weeks. An excellent job, I’m really pleased with it. Good communication from the team, and a lovely driver returned it to me. My only advice to Fylde Coast would be to update the Autoflow system a little more often. My dashboard didn’t move off of 30% for a few days, then jumped to 40% then 100% in a day. No complaints though, an excellent service was received.

Superb repair cannot even tell a repair had been done. Brilliant updates and able to track the progress. Highly recommended. Just wish I hadn’t been side swiped by a van in the first place!

I have just received my Tesla back from this garage. From start to finish they have kept me informed about everything. The service was amazing. I was also able to speak to Mark in the body shop to find out exactly what they would do and put me at ease after knowing they had experience in dealing with Tesla cars. I know at moment they are dealing with issues due to Covid but they were very prompt in getting my car repaired upon my request. Car returned with excellent repair. I was disappointed though with delays, first in obtaining spare parts required and then in effecting the repair. In the case of the latter, I had to phone up when the App showed my car only 40% through workshop the day before promised completion. While the delay was probably unavoidable, I should have been alerted to it as soon as it became apparent to the firm.

What was a simple Job of replacing some doors on the work van through the insurance, turned in too about a 6/7 week job.
I was promised that the doors would be skipped and that new doors would be ordered and replaced, I got the vehicle back worse then when it went in! The doors have been repaired by the lowest standard possible. They have taken the dents outs and most likely filled where they have had to fill. The paint has pitted, with a slight run too, the right door doesn’t even shut properly and Thats because the door is warped. It feels like it’s been a rushed job and they obviously haven’t
