I used Assured heating to replace an old back boiler in my property with a combi boiler. They gave me a very competitive quote and did a professional job. Their customer service and professionalism is second to none. As a token appreciation flowers were delivered to our property. I highly recommend them. We have been using Assured Heating for about 10 years now and have always felt confident in the work they carry out. The admin side is very effective with regular updates on timing and arrival of the engineers is on time. Each engineer that has called - we had Mark this time- is always a good representation of the company. They are polite and courteous, unobtrusive and always leave the job clean and tidy afterwards. I know that if we have a problem they will be quick to respond and it has never been an issue.
Their prices are very reasonable and the work carried out is always of a high standard

From my first phone call every promise of a return call or visit was kept virtually to the minute so top marks for reliability and timekeeping. The MD, Lee needed to visit twice due to my misinformation
but there were no complaints and his advice on placement of the boiler plus all other equipment and help in design were excellent.
The installers, Sam & Rob were a delight to have in the house and their workmanship is the neatest and cleanest of any contractors we have used. The precision of the work they did and their willingness to install difficult pipe runs to achieve a neat finish were beyond

Had Lee come over to give us a quote on a whole new boiler system. We liked the price and he booked us in for following week. At the time they advised the delivery of the boiler and parts arrived followed minutes by Robert the installer. Robert was very polite, very tidy and worked non stop except for a 10 min lunch pretty much all day on his own. He went through everything he was doing and answered all my annoying questions. Was very thorough with the checking afterwards. Am very happy with the new boiler. Lee came back round a week later to check everything was installed correctly and working
