Tailored software is taking a previously developed software package, reworking it and adding in some fresh code to customise it to fit your requirements exactly. It is a dining experience to remember, if you like food experimentation. If you do not, you may not enjoy the oten times surprising items in the 9-course meal. Although we had wonferful wine with our meal, I wished we had opted for the wine pairing.
From our arrival to our departure everyone was wonderful as would be expected. Since the foyer area is small it was a bit congested as we had to prove our vaccine status but these are the times we are living in.
For my crew and I, we thought it was well worthy dining at @Alinea. #foodiesforfun

Alinea was a bucket list restaurant of mine for years. I finally had the chance to go and it lived up to and beat every expectation I had. The food was delicious and the service staff were incredibly friendly and did a great job matching the attitude of our table. Just a fair warning they stoped doing the balloons last year so don't expect it. I was a little disappointed but no dish can stay forever at Alinea.

Having been to other Grant Achatz restaurants like Next and seen the hype around Alinea, I went in with pretty high expectations. The artistic process and display is impressive, but the food is bland and underwhelming. There was not one dish that I would want to have again.
The service was also lousy, I even had a small piece of hair in one of my dishes. At the end of the meal, they didn't even offer coffee because they had closed the coffee machine even though they know the tastings end at that time, which is so disappointing after the hefty price that you pay. I would recommend next instead

My goodness, where do I even begin! Alinea exceeded expectations. Talk about dinner and a show. It was my first time there and we went to celebrate my promotion. The food was so creative, inventive, and out of this world. It was such a unique culinary experience, tasting flavors I’ve never experienced before. We got the wine pairing as well which really enhanced the experience. The staff was also phenomenal and so much fun! Where to start! Alinea is more than just a "very nice dinner"- it's an innovative and creative culinary experience(as clique as that may sound). There's a reason it's hard to get a reservation! Each course is meticulously planned, prepared and presented. Everyone who works there is immersed in the philosophy of Alinea and it shows. We had a party of six and the special table that is in in a glass room located virtually in the kitchen. The experience was unlike anything I have ever had before.

If you are looking for best services and presentations if foods, Alinea is the one you should go. No complaints at all, fully satisfaction about their services, creations and presentations. When it comes to tastes, to me it's too much of the seasonings. I believed the chefs have put a lot of time and efforts on every dishes served, but some of the combination of seasonings are over utilized. The chefs seems like want to create a new special taste of food, so mixed of taste on the dish was prepared. The very last dessert served, is so disappointed, nothing special, just some nitrogen chocolate ice

This place was very good as expected. It’s a 3 star Michelin place for a reason. I’ve had another 3 star French place named Le Bernardin in NY and thought the Alinea experience was significantly less noteworthy vs that but it was still great nonetheless! The food was pretty good with great flavors and the dessert was very unique. Highly recommend to anyone trying to dip into exquisite cuisine just don’t expect each course to come out with a full show like Chef’s Table might imply

I’ve just started to scratch the surface of fine dining and to me Alinea brought something to the table, literally and figuratively, that no one else has; an experience. So let’s get the obvious things out of the way. The food is delicious and the service was superb. If I’m being honest the flavors aren’t the best I’ve ever had for fine dining, but it would still be in the conversation. Now for the experience.
