During my training I was dealing with daily pain, which took 4 years to obtain a correct diagnosis.

Services
Holistic Massage therapy treats the body as a "whole", meaning that not only will a massage treatment pamper your physical body, but it will also treat internal and external problems and provide an effective method of re-balancing the system as a whole. Holistic Massage uses the therapeutic application of touch and is a supportive, relaxing treatment that encourages the mind to slow down whilst energy is increased.
Hot Stone Massage is a style of massage therapy in which water treated stones are placed on key points on the client's body to promote relaxation and to help open up the meridians (energy pathways). Muscles are pretreated with the heated stones to allow the therapist to more easily perform deep tissue manipulations.
Indian Head Massage is based on the Ayurvedic system of healing which has been practised in India for thousands of years and is recorded as one of the worlds oldest healing systems. It provides relaxation and aims to release the stress that has accumulated in the tissues, muscles and joints of the upper back, shoulders, face and scalp.
Ayurveda Facial Massage (also referred to as Eastern Facial Massage) uses complementary techniques drawn from both Indian and Japanese facial massage. This treatment works specically and precisely with the facial meridians and acupuncture points to achieve a balance in the facial skin and muscles. This wonderful treatment helps to reduce and prevent wrinkles, repair and balance the condition of the skin and minimize the ageing process.
There are 7 main energy centers in the body, known as chakras. Each chakra is located throughout our body so that it correlates to specific body ailment and physical dysfunction; each energy center also houses our mental and emotional strengths. When we have a physical issue, it creates weaknesses in our emotional behavior.

I went to see Anna for a lymphatic drainage massage which was amazing, I felt the results instantly and the prices are very reasonable, Not only this, but Anna was so lovely and welcoming, and made me feel so comfortable straight away, as I was a little nervous for my first massage, I highly recommend her services!

I recently had the opportunity to book a reiki treatment with anna and wow I definitely was not disappointed.
