EasyClear were recommended to me by a friend as the best company to clear my property in Wimbledon. My initial enquiry led to a site visit and quotation within 24 hours! On the appointed day a clearance team of four stout chaps arrived bang on time and set to work; within four hours the entire property had been cleared efficiently, recyclables into a van and rubbish into a tipper truck. The guys even had their own cleaning equipment with them. Absolutely awful company to deal with. Very unprofessional. Never returned any of my calls when I called 8/9 times asking for a detailed quote of what the £2000 would cover that they quoted me for clearing my Aunt's Flat. Never replied to any emails. I eventually cleared the flat myself as my aunt was very ill and desperate. I got the impression that they just wanted £2000 but weren't prepared to explain what this actually covered!! Would definitely not recommend and I felt that they were just trying to take advantage of my Aunt's vulnerability at a desperate time in her life.....quite different

I approached EasyClear with what had become an impossible situation as far as I was concerned.
My mother had died suddenly in May 2017, leaving our small family to begin to realise just how much she'd been a crutch for my father. I, as the nearest (at two hours distant) spent 50 weeks as one of his carers, getting ever more stressed, until the inevitable happened – a week before I was scheduled for surgery for cancer. Everything was out on hold. But just as I was becoming able to deal with things, my late parents' home was burgled and the world turned upside down.
