Absolutely love the staff and services in the Braintree branch! Went in today looking for a new cream and was recommended a cream based on what I asked for by Timi, her knowledge is unbeatable and she was so informative and helpful! One of the best tanning salons I have ever been. The shop is spotless clean, the staff is friendly (especially the manager) and knowledgeable, the equipment is up to date (2 Ergoline Prestige, a Ergoline SunAngel and 3 standing-up sunbeds) and the cabins are decent sizes. Just enjoying going there

Possibly the worst spray tan machine I’ve ever been in. Normally go to the lakeside branch to use their spray machine. Never ever have any issues with that.
This time I used Chatham dockside and it was a disaster. The machine only did two sprays so I had to get dressed and go back out to get lady to do another one so I could get the back of me… sprayed! Such a faff, dangerous and slippery where it hadn’t been cleaned. Fans too loud so you cannot hear anything.
Would avoid using again. The spray tan was orange in colour and I can’t wait until it’s fully come off.

Customer service is appalling!!, to have " YOU CANT LEAVE HER UNATTENDED" while pointing at my 6 year old daughter, before id even shut the door. The most disgraceful welcome ive ever received. New trained staff in needed immediately!

Staff in this shop are amazing. Answered loads of questions and given me lots of advise. Been coming here for about 9 months now. Clare and staff are so helpful! The beds are awesome and the music in the shop… gets me pumped. Won’t go to any other now. 😁 thanks Clare and the team! Added a pic for you see my tan. I have a 14 bed once a week.x

Very clean, not boiling hot like other tanning shops I have used. The equipment is up to date and works. You can tell this is a franchise which is run by its owner, the care for the customer is obvious and the chihuahuas are adorable!
