Our site in Plympton, Plymouth is capable of carrying out all bodywork repairs, large or small, internal work and floor renewal or repairs. Habitat access steps and tow bars. An engine diagnostic is a test which is performed to learn more about why an engine is not functioning properly. Here at Transport Repair Garage Engine diagnostics are performed by experienced mechanics with the proper equipment.

The engine diagnostic is used to gather data which can be utilized in the repair of the vehicle, it can also be used during things like emissions testing, in which a car is checked to confirm that it adheres to emissions standards for vehicles in its class.
We operate a two bay ATL (Automatic Test Lane Station) with five qualified MOT testers at our Colebrook premises. We are able to carry out Class 4, 5 and 7 inspections. The MOT certificate confirms that at the time of the test the vehicle met the minimum acceptable environmental and road safety standards required by law.
Turbo valves stick, causing an over boost/under boost condition, putting the vehicle into limp mode. We can test your injectors if swarfe is found in the injectors, it will be generated from the low/high pressure pump. To be certain of rectifying this fault the fuel tank should be removed and cleaned.
We are pleased to announce that as members of Trust My Garage we are now approved with the Chartered Trading Standards Institute's (CTSI) Consumer Codes Approval Scheme. This means that as an independent garage you can trust and have confidence in our services and that we are complying with the high standards set by t.

I took my car in for undersealing and specifically asked that all dirt and surface rust was removed and that the chassis and arches were allowed to dry completely before applying the underseal. When I got the car back after a few days it became apparent that a few places had been missed so they offered to have it back and touch up. I got the car back again on the same day I took it in after having the missing areas touched up. A week later I was replacing an exhaust mounting and I noticed that underseal was peeling off and on closer inspection it didn't take a rocket scientist to work out that

Great family garage good honest service and good prices
They won't let you down
I've just read all the reviews about this garage and ignore the ignorant man who's moaning.
They are a very busy garage who do fill spaces and use parts very quickly as they look after and repair multiple motorhomes as I know they deal with at least two major motorhome dealers, so these parts do indeed get used at short notice as I know from experience that parts will be used at very short notice because in life you never know what's going to happen or come your way, obviously this man does. They are a great local

Continuously use this local garage for anything to do with my car from MOT's to any advice. Always a great service, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.
Recently took my car down with an EGR valve fault. Was quoted by VW £1300 to do they job. Took it down there and was told they could do it for a fraction of the price. Handed the keys over mid Monday morning and had the car back late Tuesday afternoon.
Always happy with the work they carry out and never had any complaints. Would recommend to anyone.
