After leaving school I attended Leigh college for 2 years where I gained a B-Tec National diploma in Beauty therapy. On completing my course I started work at a newly opened salon in Pemberton called Peaches. After 8 years I decided to venture out on my own, as a mobile therapist, eventually building up a regular clientele, a lot of whom are still with me today.

Services
To meditate, holding the beads in your left hand and beginning at the bead to the right of the guru bead. Simply turn each bead with the thumb and middle finger whilst repeating a mantra or affirmation. Continue all the way around until you get to the Guru bead (If you wish to meditate for longer turn the beads around and return in the opposite direction).
A Walking Meditation can be done any time your out and about, simply by bringing your attention to your breathe and being aware of your surrounds. Let go of any thoughts or worries you may have, if they come in to your mind simply acknowledge them and let them go. Forget the shopping list or what your having for tea.
