I had to go to Hospital last week.,for a app. A lady Got on my Train with one of these wee wheelchairs .My daughter was amazed,it was so small and got on train so easy. I so wish I could afford one ,I'm 76 and not to good On my legs, as I'm a Diabetic ,I don't get out only to Dr or Hospital App.. I live in Town but can't get out. I recently had to get a very expensive cable from them at their recommendation to fix a fault. It turned out the cable they supplied was faulty as well as not the cure! I contacted them for a refund and they refused! I have written to them pointing out their obligation under the Sales of Goods Act 1979 and they have chosen to ignore my letter. I am… now having to resort to legal action. Spares for the Luggie are very expensive, couple this with their total disregard for their customers and consumer law I would advise against any dealings with this company.

My wife and I have just returned from a hastily arranged trip to Melbourne, Australia. In the course of arranging the trip we realised that transportable buggies we regularly used would be problematic at the airports and in Australia due to their size and inflexability. Fortunately we were able to purchase 2 little used Luggies for the trip, arriving just 4 days before our trip. It was immediately obvious that the Luggies were going to be so much better despite our disabilities which have caused problems in the past with buggies. The 4 week trip was so much more pleasurable due to the ease in using

Just bought a new Luggie following an excellent demonstration from Keith their representative. I purchased my new machine from an acquaintance whose husband had unfortunately died a year ago and never got to use this wonderful machine. My Luggie doesn't have the latest variable speed dial so I just taped some hard sponge to the handlebar to restrict the trigger to about 3mph this allows my wife to walk alongside and is perfect for walking our Golden Retriever Archie and also extends the battery life.
Top speed is a lively 6mph, ( more than claimed.)..and hill climbing ability is astonishing
