Boasting comfortable and spacious accommodation over three floors, easily accessed by our lift, clients have a choice of living and dining rooms close by their bedroom. Comfy lounges and stunning gardens and a car park allow relatives and friends to call in anytime to visit. Our beautifully tended gardens surround the home on every side and mean we really do have rooms with a view.
Our priority is to deliver the highest standard of residential care that means we provide accommodation, meals and 24 hour personal care and assistance to those who are unable to do that for themselves at home. We have been doing this for over 25 years and are justifiably proud of the reputation we have built up with clients past and present and both local and national healthcare professionals and inspectorates.
Our residential care home offers security and cares for older people We care for their day to day personal care needs, treating them as as individuals and respecting their privacy. Quality of life can be enhanced as new relationships are formed. There are opportunities to pursue personal interests and retain existing personal relationships outside the home.
A local service offering older people extra help around the home with small Maintenance jobs and a Meals at Home Service - made fresh and delivered hot. We believe we offer one of a kind care and a one of a kind service in a one of a kind community and are proud to be the residential home of choice for our neighbours in the West End of Newcastle.

I’ve worked in some homes. This is the best home in the northeast fab management I can not fault it lovely family run business. I worked here 10years I only left to fostercare or I would still be there now!! If your looking for a home for your elderly relatives this is the one honestly you will not be disappointed at all. Philip and Joanne are very approachable. They will help you no end. If I could add another 5 stars I would. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
