We were in the market for 5 frames for various sized artwork and couldn't be happier choosing Custom Frames to build them. Having never purchased professional picture frames before we weren't sure what to expect. However, the extremely friendly staff made selecting the frames an easy and enjoyable experience. They had great knowledge and provided recommendations about the style that would not only look the best, but be the most cost-effective.

For the first time in my life I brought a piece of art. I was weary to were to go to get it framed. So I googled. So glad I did because this is were I found custom frames. What a service. New to Nottingham we found Custom Frames by chance on a search engine. So happy that we did as we received an excellent and friendly service. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was efficient. Our watercolour was framed beautifully and was a perfect match with the example we took along. Which incidentally had been damaged in our move and Custom Frames repaired free of charge. We will definitely use Custom Frames again and highly recommend their business.

I have used Custom Frames a couple of times now and would not use anyone else. They are mega friendly and do a fantastic job. Pleasantly surprised at the prices they have given to me, so affordable, it's not worth buying cheap "standard sized" frames from other places. Highly recommend to anyone. 5* all the way. Alan and the team went above and beyond to help me create the exact image we had in our mind. Nothing was too much trouble, even the bespoke made mount which had to be hand cut is total perfection. To say I'm pleased with the frame is an understatement, it just brings my photo to life, it looks awesome!! Thank you.
