Communication is really really bad. In well over a dozen attempts to initiate Communication no one has ever answered the phone.
Been waiting just about a week for my deposit to be returned via bank transfer.
The apartment was decent enough for the price a bit dated but generally fine. The pickup/drop off keys was about 10/15 min walk which isn't the most convenient.
Wouldn't recommend based on Communication alone, it's just non existent and completely unacceptable.

Apartment itself was okay rooms were tidy and clean, good space but we were left with no instructions of how to find the property on key collection so drove around for ages not knowing where we needed to go. With it being bank holiday we were unable to call the office. Once we found the underground car park (there was no mention of this being where to park in the key collection info) the fob wouldn’t work to open the car park gate (also didn’t work when we left). Luckily residents were entering and leaving at the same time so managed to get in and out.

Broken bed , left with bad back! Emailed complaint 10 days ago and no one had the decency to even respond! Awful service ! How they even had the audacity to sell an apartment knowing the bed was broken is beyond me. And no one will deal with it over phone as they say needs to be in writing Will start civil action

My travel to Milton Keynes was a disaster to start with. It seems like it’s the worst place in England to go to because from the taxi drivers to people you ask for help are dishonest.
City Apartments contact numbers on are unreliable. It only rings but no one answers your call even during office hours.
Unfortunately, I lost the apartment keys because a very bad person from another apartment (Vizions) took it and did not return to me whilst directing me to the right direction of The Hub. It took more than 3 hours to finally get the replacement keys and have to stay outside in the cold, no

Stayed here two weeks ago, the apartment had a horrid odour.
There was also a huge party going on next door with people smoking drugs on the balcony and hallway.
Had to keep the windows shut as the noise was unbearable.
I would not recommend.
I have contacted customer services who have not responded to my texts, calls and emails.
Avoid at all costs.

Very attractive, clean apartment in an excellent location; would have been made less stressful if we had been informed that our apartment was not in the same block as the underground car park, moving our luggage from the car to the apartment was very difficult for myself and my disabled husband, would have done pay & display for an hour, closer to the apartment door if we had known.

We couldn't fault it! We came for the weekend and what a wonderful experience it was. We usually stay in serviced apartments as they offer more flexibility and tend to feel more like home from home. This was the first time we've used City Apartments and they really do know what they are doing. The check-in/out process was simple and everything we needed to know was clear and concise. The staff were extremely helpful and pointed us in the right direction for our stay once we collected our keys.

I will never regret booking a two bed apartment at daktose house with city apartments. The aparment is absolutely stunning! Tidy, comfortable and easy.
We ve been staying only for one night but it was worth it. As the apartment was located within the Hub Area, it was easy for us to dine and have some drinks at the bars. We had easy access to Sainsburys. Everything was fine but i would like to point out two negative points.
First, it was very difficult to find the keys for the apartment, as we had to get it from somewhere else from a safe. To make it easier for the guests to find the keys I would

Nice apartment with everything you need. Location instructions for the mailbox and location of apartment and parking could be better. It took us a while to find these. ie if the mailbox was said to be in Milton Keynes station square, it would have been a lot easier to find. After the above problems it was quite an enjoyable break and would consider using City Apartments again.

When I was booking the apartment the images on the site had apartments with balconies which is something that myself and my partner were looking for when renting out an apartment. When we arrived there was no balcony and the windows barely opened up. The trip went well, with the rest of the flat looking clean with basic furniture. A few weeks after my trip I noticed that the £100 deposit has not yet been processed and returned back to my bank account, I got into contact vie email (As no one seems to pick up the phone at City Apartment)and spoke to an advisor who told me that it could be something

The location was great in regards to where we went out; the apartment was very clean and modern as well as well equipped although there was no extra blanket; and picking up and dropping the keys on a weekend was super easy. The issue we had was our parking was not in the underground park (as written in our welcome pack) but opposite that as our building was Dakota house. Another person helping some other people pointed us to right area and gave us access codes but we would have been very stuck if she was not around.
