Simply brilliant from start to finish. I ordered the door for my parents who are both in their 70's. The communication with the company was great, polite and really efficient. The site survey was good and they gave good detail on what you get and what you don't. The planning of the build and installing was again well structured and great info shared while booking in the fit. During the fit the team where very good in terms of COVID safe and also their communication with my parents and me (via) phone, this was especially important as during lockdown I could not be there. They shared photos and highlighted
