Commissioning, Commissioning Management & Water Treatment of HVAC systems within the building services and construction industry. As described by the CIBSE Code M, Commissioning Managament is: "to manage the overall commissioning activities, including programming, to achieve the project completion date."

We are able to assist with the programming, co-ordination and management of the various elements of building services systems, to bring those inter dependencies together. Closed pipework heating & cooling and domestic water systems rely on correct flushing, cleaning, disinfection and treatment to operate safely, reliably and as intended.
Services
Carrying out independent inspections and system performance checks of HVAC systems to the relevant CIBSE and BSRIA guides. Working with the controls commissioning engineers to ensure complete integration between the mechanical services and the controls operation. Carrying out an investigation of the HVAC system to establish faults and causes of end user complaints, advising on possible remedies.
New heating and cooling closed pipework systems rely on correct flushing, cleaning and treatment to operate as intended. This will involve the removal of installation debris, millscale and building debris. If not removed, these can make the system prone to blockage at e.g. Existing heating and cooling closed pipework systems require a more tailored approach than for new systems.
