Destroyed gutters from JRC roofers
The JRC promise to take your gutters down by an expert during the roof installation and put them back with no damage but they lie.
The roofers are getting paid to remove the gutters, redo the roof and then reinstall the gutters. This did not happen at all. The gutters were never removed. Proof in pictures..The roofers remove most of the roof and when they get to the drip edge they remove 1 piece at a time and shoot nails in the back of the gutter as if it weighs a thousand pounds. By doing this the gutter drops from the originally installed height and therefore

I interviewed fews roof company before I hired JRC Services to work on my roof. First of all I saw the new roof that JRC replace for my friend's house and the job has done perfectly. So, I have more confidence on it. I met the agent, Andre Janview and he went through the whole process with me professionally. After we signed all the documents and the process has gone very smooth with the insurance company and permit. I don't normally write reviews (good or bad) but I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, I didn't have a good experience with this roofing company. First issue was the sales person person who initially stopped by my home in late March informed me "NO MONEY" out of your pocket if they did the work, and they'd work directly with my insurance company, etc. I was also told they'd have my roof done within 6-8 weeks from the time I signed the paperwork....well needless to say it took almost 4 months! They didn't start the job until the end of July! which was 3 months AFTER they received the 1st

If you are looking to get your roof done, this is literally the best company around. They were so helpful, so insightful, so confident and so customer care oriented. I was extremely skeptical when I first met them because I didn’t know much about them but after doing tons of research and reading tons of reviews they were by far the best option out there.
