We do not take submissions for our illustrated non-fiction book publishing list. Occasionally we accept ideas from illustrators or licensors for our calendar programme, our journals/notebooks and jigsaw puzzles. I am so unhappy with this company. I ordered a calendar and greeting cards in early September and my bank account was debited. I have had one email shortly after saying my order would be delayed. I have received nothing. I have contacted them twice asking politely if they would at least respond and was not even asking for a refund, but there has been no response. It's a very small deal in a world of hurt, but they could at least tell me that they will not send the order.

We ordered some puzzles during lockdown from flame tree. The puzzles are such great quality and I really enjoyed parting in the activity. I noticed one piece was missing, which is probably due to my nosey cat. I messaged Flame tree, expecting to pay for the new piece or to be told 'tough luck' but no, they asked for a photo of the puzzle and sent me the missing piece in a matter of days. Amazing customer service, would definitely recommend :)

I ordered two puzzles late on Tuesday 9th June. They were safely delivered today Friday 12th June and very well wrapped. Unfortunately I realised that there had been a mix up over the orders, as I had received… The Great Wave (ordered) and Reverie (not ordered). I phoned the company and spoke to a helpful chap called Jorbi who asked me to pass the unwanted jigsaw onto a neighbour or friend or someone who was shielding and he would get The Kew puzzle sent out to me. I did offer to return the jigsaw but he really didn’t want to put me to the trouble. Great Customer Service! I’ll

I had no idea about this company until a friend purchased me a Gustav Klimt Poppy Fields puzzle from the Flame Tree Studio amazon store. Shipping from the UK to the USA was fast. Quality product with thick cardboard, clean cuts, and fantastic color. I will certainly be purchasing more puzzles from them.
