A relaxing rural retreat just a short walk from the beach, town, and a beautiful Nature Reserve. With gorgeous views and everything you need. Our park is fenced and child friendly, meaning your kids can freely enjoy our play area, paddling pool and sandpit. We are only a stone's throw from the town recreational park, too, which includes a popular skate park.
Overlooking the picturesque Axe river valley and Seaton Marshes Nature Reserve and only ten minutes walk from Seaton's pretty town centre with it's variety of shops, cafes, and tourist attractions and its beautiful stretch of beach. With no clubhouse at Axevale, you can enjoy the peace and quiet you deserve or take a pleasant stroll to one of the many welcoming pubs nearby or head out for a delicious meal at one of Seaton's fantastic restaurants.

Services
We provide answers to some of the more common questions we are asked. The caravan park will be open between the middle of March and the end of October. Throughout our closed season we take the opportunity to make repairs and upgrades to all our facilities and caravans. Bookings and enquiries are still available for booking throughout this period.
Please be aware that due to our idyllic location, broadband speeds may not be as fast as you are used to. Essentially the free service will allow you to send & receive emails, keep in touch via various social media and carry out web browsing to catch up on the news, weather forecasts or find out more about local attractions.
The mile long beach at Seaton is just ten minutes' walk from your Seaton caravan. Its sparkling clean waters are ideal for bathing, paddling, scuba diving, fishing and yachting. The beach is immaculately clean and safe - perfect for families and children. Seaton town centre and picturesque harbour with its shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes, offers a full range of activities and has an attractive children's recreation area and skate park.
Most of the local pubs allow dogs and there are many cafes and restaurants which allow them too. There are many wonderful footpaths and beauty spots which you and your dog will adore such as Blackbury Camp (formerly Blackbury Castle), the Undercliff coastal path, the footpaths alongside the rivers Axe and Coly where your dog can also enjoy a swim.

Nice family friendly, no thrills caravan park in Seaton, Devon. My family have been visiting this site for years and it's a really nice relaxing atmosphere here. Plus it's really close within easy walking distance to a handful of bird hides which my Dad loves to visit, also the the town and pebble beach are within easy walking distance too.
Overall, great and fair price and a nice relaxing site that's very close to Seaton town and beach 5*

Lovely site, we took our 3 young grandchildren and they loved the splash pool and sand pit. The caravan was very clean and well catered. It does get very cold at night even in August. The owners and staff are great, very helpful. Lots to do nearby with very large park on the way into Seaton, Seaton only a 10 minute walk even with little ones. The tram way is worth a visit. Only issue we had, we were in the Martinique which is close to the park, great for the young children but when you try to get them to sleep at night, the older kids come out and play football right next to the caravan until about

I stayed here for a week with my husband, son and 7 month old puppy. The caravan was very clean and fitted with everything we needed. My husband an son are both around 6ft 6in and did find the beds a bit of a squeeze, but that was more their height than anything. Due to Covid safety, we were asked to telephone on arrival, which I did. The caravan… was ready, together with the blankets I’d asked for in an email that morning. The site is clean with the caravans well spread out. The dog and I enjoyed peaceful early morning walks. I didn’t visit the shop, but it seemed to have all

Great site. caravan we had was very clean on arrival. Nice and quiet and well looked after. Small play area for young children. 10 minute walk to Seaton and the pebbled beach. Beer is walkable but we had a small child so drove and took minutes to get there again the beach is pebbled. only a 15 minute drive away is a lovely place Lyme Regis with its small harbour and sandy beach and plenty of things to do and plenty of food outlets.

I have just returned from a long weekend 3 night stay at Axevale caravan park! I arrived at 3pm on Friday and phoned to see if the caravan was ready as we were early for check in and it was.
I stayed in a pebble bay (non pet) caravan and it was amazing. The caravan was spotlessly clean and so spacious. A well equipped kitchen with utensils, comfy… lounge area with a tv and fire. I did take my own travel kettle as I remembered from a previous stay that the caravan had a whistling kettle. The bathroom was a good size with a very hot shower which is always good. Large comfy bed in the main

Been coming to Axevale since I was a child. Love it! And now carrying the family tradition on with my children. Caravans always well maintained and clean. Lovely little site. Recently returned home from a 5 day break- caravans well cleaned and sanitiser and anti bac wipes left in caravan on arrival. Good social distancing rules in place. Overall felt safe and enjoyed time away during this time.

Great location for getting to the town centre, it is just a 10 minute walk away.
The site is quiet as there is no club etc.
The staff are polite and helpful.
The caravan we had was only a year old but was spotless and well equipped.
We had a pet friendly one as we had a dog with us.
We stayed the Oct halfterm which is their last week of the holiday season.
Small shop on site stocking some basics of food of drink.
