These guys are first class and very professional. The showroom is friendly with plenty of samples that you can take home if you want. Peter is very helpful and gives good advice. We chose a Harvey Maria floor for our kitchen. The site survey and fitting were excellent. John and his team paid great attention to detail and were very thorough. The were also clean and tidy. I cannot praise Arbon's highly enough. From the moment you walk into the shop James is friendly and knowledgeable. John carried out a house visit to measure up, bringing plenty of samples. A very competitive written itemised quote was then emailed. When we couldn't quite decide on colour/shades and patterns I revisited the shop and took advantage of their offer to bring large shop size samples home with me and was able to keep them for a few days so I could see the flooring in situ. Once the decision was made fitting dates were quickly arranged. I have now had a good quality carpet fitted in the

Stunning Karndean hard flooring fitted throughout the ground floor with every detail thought about and pattern expertly planned in advance. Execution exceptional! Can't praise the guys enough so went on to have complicated sisal fitted throughout the first floor as well! This is a business which knows how to treat its customers and knows how to fit flooring. Enough said. Get in quick because they are always in demand.

Not that they need another 5 star review but it is certainly deserved! Always very helpful and quick to respond; they carpeted nearly our entire bungalow at very short notice so that we could move in just before Christmas. Fitted beautifully, with 7 doors planed, all at a very fair price. Thank you for making our new home so comfortable.

Being relatively new to the area, we Googled flooring companies and, after looking at reviews, decided to visit Arbons Carpet and Flooring shop. We are so glad we did! We wanted to replace the living room and hall carpet for a laminate, as this is what we had in our previous home, and with 2 Labradors, thought this would wear better. We spoke with a lovely gentleman who was very knowledgeable, not at all pushy and gave us as much of his time as we needed. We spotted Moduleo flooring, to be honest, I’d never heard of it, but it looked more up to date and a more practical product for our needs
