Services
Established in 1969 we're one of the South West's leading metal fabrication experts. We specialise in sheet metal fabrication and fabricated steel products, underpinned by 50 years' experience in tool making, precision engineering and press work. As sub-contract metalwork engineers, we have a vast suite of metal fabrication machinery at our Plymouth factory - so we can truly offer a one-stop shop for metal assemblies.
Having a Civil Engineering Degree from Bristol I was poached from my previous role in 1998 to become a Project Manager for the retail accounts which Aldermans serviced, namely Dorothy Perkins, Burton Menswear and Evans. I quickly got familiar with the workings of the business and set about improving the HR and H&S procedures and the then 70 strong workforce.
Aldermans are experienced metal fabricators, designing and creating all kinds of bespoke metal parts, structures and assemblies at our Plymouth factory, for clients across the UK. With a wide array of technologies in-house, we offer one of the most comprehensive, end-to-end metal fabrication facilities in the South West.
Our dedicated team is one of our greatest strengths, and many of our staff have been with us for ten years or more. We also provide opportunities for staff to learn and develop new skills in a friendly, supportive environment.

On behalf of Tamerton Foliot Football Club Under 15s we would like to thank Karen Friendship and Aldermans for their very kind contribution to our club. This has enabled us to provide 15 new tracksuit tops for each player to wear before and after games, which shows great togetherness and team commitment.

Brilliant business to deal with!!!
I have been dealing with Paul so far and it's brilliant service considering we are only a small company making a small order! Paul makes us feel just as important as the bigger businesses probably making orders of more then we make In a lifetime !
everything that was made is spot on aswell better then we could of imagined and paul added his touch of design on the product making it even better then we had hoped for !
I hope I'll have the privilege of dealing with this business in the future :)
