After a bad experience previously we chose this dealership based on the reviews and a good price for the van described and so did over 350 miles roundtrip to pick up our van. Nice place and everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and welcoming. We were dealt with by Ian who was very patient and helpful giving us free reign of the office, computer and phone while we deliberated insurance options. We were very pleased to find the van was just as described and sparkling clean inside and out so happily took it home with us (a lovely drive the van was too)- well worth the trip. Would highly recommend

I would highly recommend IPJ Services. Ian and his team, especially Ash, offered a great sales and after sales service. I went to view a campervan, with my mum and dog in tow, and was there about 3 hours viewing, test driving and deliberating over it. I was very keen on the van but put under no pressure to buy, instead they advised me to have a think about it, which I did over night as it was a big investment for me, then I called to pay a deposit the next day. My campervan, an older 2005 model, came with a 12 week warranty and did need to go back for a few minor fixes, things IPJ wouldn’t have

I bought a silver Transit 350 from Ian a couple of weeks ago and was extremely pleased with both the van and also the service that I got from Ian. I hadn't used IPJ services before and lived a considerable distance away so I had a lot of questions before I made the decision to travel to see the vehicle. Ian happily communicated all the details too me and made sure everything was as easy as possible without ever putting pressure on me to buy. We purchased a campervan from IPJ and we were really pleased with the service- they were really quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. Ash gave us a full tour of the van and Ian took us through all the paperwork- including service/MOT/habitation. Vehicle was as described and we would definitely recommend IPJ.

I couldn’t recommend IPJ services enough. It seems at the moment vans are like gold dust to get hold off but I called IPJ services and told him what sort of van I wanted, the colour and my budget and within a few days he had found me exactly what I wanted! He was very helpful and flexible to meet me to fill out paperwork around my work schedule. Definitely worth contacting if you are looking for a van!
