Did not answer a Facebook message. Did respond to an email, and arranged to do job on Friday. I emailed on Thursday to check Friday was still in with no response. I phoned on the Friday morning and spoke to someone who confirmed he'd be with me that day. Never came, and did not respond when I called back and left a voice mail at 4.15pm. Did not respond to email on Friday evening. Finally answered my email on Sunday when I cancelled the job.
