AS AN ADD ON TO MY REVIEW RE THEIR RESPONSE = LIES. LIES. LIESAfter failing to complete an order placed over a month ago I receive the products which have been travelling around the UK for a month and the sell by date is in 5 days, I had requested numerous times for a refund they have refused. I have no alternative but to take them to the small claims court, Beware there service is not to be trusted.

Was recommended to use this site by a friend, best thing I did in 2020. Knowledgeable and friendly staff , great products and a speedy delivery time.
Have got my mum interested too as they do a good range of Gluten free products too

Easy to use web site, especially for us of a certain age who find tech a challenge. My order came in a short time and was well packed. I will be using this site again. Many thanks for your speedy actions in these times of trouble.

First order, I messed up my own address - they fixed that for me in no time.
Second order, they couldn't deliver the amount I ordered - they reduced the volume and refunded the difference in a jiffy.

I have been using Natures Healthbox regularly for 3 years now, usually ordering every couple of weeks to keep my supplies topped up. The prices have always been good and delivery is prompt. I love this company and will be coming again. I just had my second delivery and they added "samples" which are not really samples. They were 2 packs of Chia tortillas, a box of vegan millionaire shortbread and lemon juice. All normal size no samples. For a minute I thought I got someone else's order. My order is always processed and dispatched quickly with excellent communication at every stage. The choice of products is plentiful and Jon The business owner is always open to sourcing items I am looking to buy if I can’t find them. My parcels always arrive promptly and well packaged. The website looks nice and is very easy to navigate through.
The CBD products that I bought arrived quickly, were very high quality and at good prices as well.
On the food side of things, they have great products that I have not seen before in other shops! Being diabetic, I find their selection of food to be very useful.

Nature's health box is quite reputable. I checked multiple review sites prior to buying something as important as baby formula. Appears to average just over 4 stars out of 5 from most 3rd party sites.
My experience was better than expected. I ordered and recieved my product rather quickly all the way in California, USA. I asked for a tracking number. Looks like they don't do tracking numbers but I do appreciate the prompt reply by email. I'll be ordering again on a regular basis.
