Many of our installations offer advanced hardware replacement of hardware, which means that if a piece of hardware ifs faulty, a new device is sent so that when the faulty item is removed, there is no significant system downtime.If equipment is faulty, it would be returned to our Product Repair / Test Centre, where it will be examined, cleaned, repaired, updated and fully tested before being returned, and reinstalled.
