Responsible for the operational, financial and quality delivery of operational services within the Division for Surgery. Clear development and delivery of strategy in line with Trust strategy, designing and developing and implementing financial and people plans as well as supporting systems. Ensuring our services are delivering high quality patient care in the most efficient, productive and rewarding way for its staff and patients.

Lead Theatres service delivery in accordance with agreed operational plans, meeting all key standards and KPIs. Work collectively with Clinicians and Managers to ensure effective delivery of service objectives across Theatres. Maintain delivery of service targets whilst improving quality, efficiency and effectiveness of services.

Lead a team of performance managers and information analysts to review operational performance and supporting in setting the strategic direction for elective recovery. Act as a link between the operational, corporate and executive teams, providing high quality analysis to help the Trust understand its performance, and develop clear plans for improvement.
