From contacting nustone presale to delivery, the experience was fantastic. I was kept informed of stock, I was called to be advised that items had been shipped to their delivery partner and I never had to chase once. In addition, the Brazilian slates I purchased are absolutely fantastic! We didn’t have any breakages and the quality is excellent.

Appalling service, don't buy from nustone.
I paid for a crate of slabs in May for delivery in June, they didn't arrive.
After a few emails and phone calls, they were delivered 10 days later with considerable damages. Replacements were arranged for 3 weeks, they didn't arrive.
More emails and phone calls, compensation of 12 free slabs and delivery in early August was agreed, they didn't arrive.
Another email and I have been promised despatch last week of August, guess what, it hasn't arrived.
Save yourself a lot of time and stress and buy elsewhere.
