Caley's A-Frames are specifically designed by experienced engineers to launch and recover manned submersibles and oceanographic research vessels. We make systems that last. A number of our A-Frames have been in continuous service for 30 years, and have had thousands of successful deployments around the world.
Caley's high performance winch systems thrive in demanding offshore environments. Our systems can be hydraulically or electrically driven, and are suitable for deck operations or within purpose-built winch rooms. Our in-house high tension spooling facility can test a winch and associated level wind, saving clients time and money.
Our tried-and-tested Conductivity, Temperature and Depth (CTD) Rosette handling systems are based on 'SMART' winch technology, specifically designed for the CTD market. Our systems eliminate the cost and complexity of traction winch systems, and ensure sample integrity is maintained during the recovery of a CTD Rosette.
Caley's carousel and spooler systems are designed to accommodate rigid and flexible pipe products, and ensure simple loading and discharge operations. Each of our caterpillar pipe and cable tensioners feature standard, multi-track sets and removable gripper pads, out-of-body cable handling, and tension capacities weighing up to 100-tonnes.

James has been absolutely fantastic and has been fully managing our property since last year. To know our flat, which we spent a lot of time on improving and modernising, is being looked after with great tenants is well worth every penny. I would recommend James as a professional and trustworthy letting agent and individual. I was nervous about handing control of my first property to a third party, but James has alleviated those concerns. My husband and I decided to rent out our family home and move further out of Hertfordshire. We were very apprehensive about doing so as we wanted our home to cared for by the new tenants as well as the rent paid on time. We hired James to find us a tenant and manage our property whilst we were living outside of the UK. From the start James was attentive, with quick reaction times and worked well with us bearing in mind our time zone differences. We as Landlord's and our tenants were very pleased with his service.

James has been fantastic. He's very professional, goes above and beyond what most agents would be willing to do and has helped me on numerous occasions. Including a recent incident where the building site next door sprayed paint all over my balcony and furniture, least to say I wasn't happy, so James got in contact with them and arranged for them to come round once a week to clean my balcony and have them pay the full price for my damaged furniture. I don't think many other agents would have cared this much about helping me and would have left me to deal with it.

James Caley was really helpful when I was trying to find a tenant for my house. I explained what I wanted and I got tenants within a couple of weeks. He was polite, reliable and kept me updated throughout the process. I think he gave me honest advice and was not pushy like a lot of estate agents out there!

I've known James since we were 5 years old so when I decided to go travelling again I asked James for advice on renting my house. Although James is a good friend I also went to a couple of other agents to compare their service to Letting Agents Watford's as it's the sensible thing to do.

I've been working closely with James on property investment projects since spring 2012 and I'm not surprised that his lettings business Letting Agents Watford is really starting to gain traction in his local market.
