I could not recommend Wesleyan and our advisor, Nick Zand, highly enough. Nick has been superb in securing a great remortgage deal for us despite our complex circumstances. He has in depth knowledge of the process from the lender’s point of view and his help was invaluable. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, communication was via phone and video calls and he was responsive and efficient. No matter what my enquiry was, Nick was on the case right away. This service has been outstanding from start to finish. I am a first time buyer and as such needed things explaining and simplifying. Claire Evans, my mortgage advisor has been friendly, professional and more than diligent all the way through the process. She has gone above and beyond to ensure I was always up to date and comfortable with all my options and made sure I got the best mortgage possible. I don't know what I'll do without a Claire Evans when this is all over. Superb service!

Nick our advisor has been a superb help throughout any interaction we've had with him. He is able to break down the complexities of investment and finance incredibly well and helped us make informed decisions.
His advice always felt honest and genuine and while I'm not naive enough to forget that Wesleyan is a business, all our recommendations were presented in a way where the co-creation of growth/profit was clear

As first time buyers we had very little knowledge off mortgages or the process.
We had Shaun Thomas as our mortgage adviser/broker and have to rate him and the service we received 10/10.
From the start off our mortgage application he was professional, informative, polite and responsive. He listened to our wants and preferences and found us a great selection off mortgages that matched our critea with very good interest rates and fee's.
Any questions we had whether big or small he responded quickly, professionally and with informative replies and was happy to explain things in an easy to understand
