Quality of care was great up until the moment i was told to book to see the hygienist as there was a build up of plaque on my teeth - less than 20 minutes after seeing the hygienist for a full clean. I dont like being upsold to so for that reason will be going elsewhere

What a fantastic place. I have been so frightened to go to a dentist for years. These lovely people make you feel so at ease. I'm no longer frightened and I would highly recommend Allen House dentist to anybody who is nervous. They have changed the way I feel.

For one who dreads the dentist, I have to say that the dentist at Allen House Dental Practice, AND his assistant, was absolutely brilliant, caring and attentive.
Wouldn't race to have another tooth out, but, if I needed an extraction, I would not contemplate going anywhere else.

Have found the staff friendly and efficient and my appointment was on time.
My six monthly check-up,as usual, was very satisfactory,and any future dental problem was explained.

The new hygienist is a breath of fresh air thorough and extremely pleasant puts Yiu at ease immediately. If there is one thing I object to and that is the price put in the bill for PPE it has been explained to me but does not sit well I am happy to pay something but not the price as it stands now. Masks in dentistry and other equipment for hygiene have been used for years and I have never been asked in over 30 years I have been coming to be asked to make a contribution towards it such is life as we have it now and probably fir the foreseeable future

Pleased to meet the new hygienist who I understand is now a permanent member of the team. She was lovely very thorough explained everything and was very pleasant. It will be great to have some consistency again.
