Supplied and fitted a beautiful composite front door and side panel glass. Communication on timescales managed from the very beginning.
Small miscommunication on the side panel, which we were mainly at fault for, no problems, come back a couple of weeks later once the glass panel was available and refitted at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
Wouldn't got to anyone else for doors or windows. Reasonable competitive prices. Thanks Paul

We requested a quote from Eclipse Windows shortly after moving into our house. Paul arrived promptly, was incredibly polite and professional and took the time to listen to what we wanted but also made suggestions. Paul got back to us promptly and was not pushy at all, and he was also competitively priced. Paul also took the time to check everything was correct and the payment terms were very fair.
Paul kept us up to date during the lead/manufacturing time and was always honest and open. He responded to emails and calls within just a couple of hours.

Installation was fantastic, they were mindful of their surroundings and left my home tidy and clean and it was a awkward job due to the bad job by the previous fitters. Very pleasant and friendly. Respected COVID-19 distance whilst working. They fitted a new door and side window and panel to the porch. The quality of the whole installation is superb and we couldn't have expected more. They came on time and completed on time. Very highly recommended.
