I bought Sirius 1600 TV unit from plasma centre, and couldn’t be happier.
It’s just what I wanted. Looks beautiful in my living room and goes extremely well with my 65” TV.
Had a bit of confusion with the order at first but Chris, the manager was quick to respond to my query.
Had a quicker than expected delivery too.

Ordered a Frank Olsen Corner TV unit and was told that the courier would deliver on 23/11/21. My wife waited in for this to arrive and it never turned up, not even a notification to say sorry we cannot deliver your item. We chased the order and was told this would arrive the following day, however only box 1 of 2 has arrived and upon calling the courier. Box 2 of 2 wont be arriving. This company should consider who they allow to run their courier services. It is safe to say I should have ordered this from Argos for the small amount extra it would have cost it would have been worth paying.

This is a poor quality TV stand - the TV effectively hangs on two fairly flimsy metal rods and the slightest touch causes our 42” TV to sway alarmingly. Further, the Panasonic Viera TV does not hang vertically unless we wedge something between the bracket and the TV at the bottom. It is totally unsuitable for our TV despite assurances in advance that it would be fine. Beware!

I purchased a desk from The Plasma Centre and received it shortly after.
Upon checking I noticed some of the items were damaged, made a note and took photos to submit. The process was fairly straight forward and easy to use. Within a couple of days replacement items were sent. Due to factory changing the component reference numbers, I received the wrong part. After highlighting this The Plasma Centre staff ensured I received the correct part as quickly as possible.
Great from a customer service perspective despite some component items being damaged.
