Great service from Jane. I hit the trigger on a Moses basket a little too soon then found out afterwards that my Mrs wanted a different colour. Jane couldn't have been more helpful. The basket was delivered quickly and looks great. We wont hesitate to revisit Little Green Sheep for a few other bits and pieces in the coming weeks - highly recommend them !

Our moses basket arrived slightly damaged but after getting in touch with the company, a replacement was quickly dispatched to us. Once we received the new basket the damaged one was collected via courier and returned to the company. We dealt with Demi within Customer Services the whole time, she was so helpful and polite. We are so so happy with both the quality of the product and the wonderful customer service we received and will certainly use this company again.

Really poor customer service. Delivered a faulty moses basket stand. Contacted costumer service via email and I was offered a replacement, which I confirmed immediately, but nothing was sent. Further emails received from the team but still no replacement sent. I have chased this up myself this afternoon and told they will send on Monday and may take up to 5 working days. I would recommend buying elsewhere.

Massive thank you to Nicki who was extremely helpful! I'd ordered a moses basket from another company that had arrived faulty, and called the Little Green Sheep Company to see if I could purchase one of their baskets and collect/get it delivered within 24-48 hours. My baby was due within a couple of days so I knew timescales could be tight. Nicki was super helpful and friendly on the phone and organised for a moses basket to be sent, which arrived the next day. Thank you so much! Wonderful customer service and I'm really happy with the product to! Plus took a massive weight off my mind.

Thank you to The Little Green Sheep for our lovely new mattress. My daughter has always loved sleeping but since having her new mattress, she is so happy and even more settled than before. After waking her from her lunchtime nap the other day, she even asked me to turn the light back off and turn on her white noise as she tucked herself back in!

This company is fantastic in terms of providing quality product and service. I loved their children's duvet and duvet and pillow organic cotton covers. I had an issue with the children's pillow but this was quickly resolved by Nikki, who was fantastic in her correspondence. I highly recommend The Little Green Sheep.

In line with tradition, we have not opened our parcels yet, however this site is not only beautiful with helpful specs and descriptions, but the customer service is excellent. Usually not one to leave reviews, I would just like to say that the lovely person I spoke to, Demi, was kind and helpful, efficient and made my experience delightful and simple. Thank you! You just don’t get this sort of superb customer service nowadays! I had a problem with an item I purchased through a supplier in Ireland. The product got damaged through my own fault and I needed to purchase a replacement part. A couple of messages back and forth on facebook and Demi who I was dealing with went out of her way completely to help me. 100% recommend this company, their products are beautiful but for me the customer service just puts them that step above everyone else. Well Done to the team behind this business.
