I can quite honestly say that the customer service that I received when i visited Stuart Jones Pianos was first rate, I was unsure what piano to buy when I went to see him, all i knew was I wanted a new upright, his knowledge of his pianos in his showroom, and his ability to play them all so very well, made the decision making so much easier. Unlike so many places that pressure you into making a purchase Stuart Jones made me feel so relaxed, it was a pleasure to buy from him. I strongly recommend that if you are in the market to buy a piano, Stuart Jones is definitely worth a visit.

We have visited Stuart Jones’ showroom in the summer, shortly after the Covid lockdown restrictions were relaxed. We have phoned in advance to check we could visit. We wore face masks, as did Stuart and he had antibacterial hand gel available for customers.
Stuart was both very friendly and professional. Initially, he showed us around the showroom and gave us some advice on the range of pianos we were interested in. I have honestly NEVER had customer service like this in my life. I would recommend Stuart and his business any time, day or night. I submitted an enquiry to his email on a Sunday morning, hoping desperately he might be able to help me for my husband's birthday, which was a week away. He called me on Sunday night, promised to help, and by Tuesday, after a couple more phone calls the perfect piano stool I couldn't find anywhere else was on its way to me. It arrived two days early in perfect condition. Beautiful product, immediate, above and beyond service, and such a lovely and knowledgeable man

Walked in not expecting very much and was completely blown away by their choice of pianos! They literally have what you need from low cost second hand to high cost Steinway's, and they let me play all of them! Dan showed me around and demonstrated the pianos for me and was a great host! bought my second piano here from their dream room, and I love it! They also have an amazing range of finance options to help get you up to the next level of affordability 😊 really recommend going here!
