If you want good, helpful, polite customer service and a kind welcome- don’t bother staying here.
My sister, an NHS student nurse just travelled an hour to stay here for her placement, only to be greeted by two extremely rude, obnoxious and condescending owners. I am absolutely DISGUSTED by how my sister was treated, and she has now been forced to come home and commute to Southampton every day instead, after leaving this horrific place in tears.
With all that NHS workers are doing for this country at the moment, THIS is how you treat them? Disgraceful

After 9 months in apartment 62, I just wanted to say it has become my home away from home. Antonia and John have been so helpful and responsive, nothing too much trouble. The apartment is modern, spacious and comfortable with a great selection of bars and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. I would definitely recommend Prestige Apartments for their service and professionalism and would definitely use them again.
