Here at Reliance Caravan & Motorhome Services we are an award winning specialist caravan & motorhome service centre. Born from a passionate and highly skilled team with vast industry experience, Reliance opened for business in 2016 after identifying the need for an independent workshop that is not focused on sales; but instead focuses on aftersales care and ongoing maintenance.
Your leisure vehicle needs to be regularly serviced to ensure roadworthiness and the habitation areas need regular inspections to make sure there has been no deterioration. If your leisure vehicle is under warranty, it will require servicing within a stipulated time for that warranty to continue. I have had to use the services of Darren and his team at reliance on numerous occasions in the last few years and can't praise them enough. Can I just say how awesome the team at Reliance have been today and helping myself and my wife out of a real spot.
Thanks to Becky, Nigel & Shaun for saving the day and fixing my fridge. I called on the off chance that they could help me and although they were where clearly very busy they fitted me in recognising my situation and saved a grime end to our holiday. Well after having our electrical system damaged by faulty electrics on a campsite which resulted in our Thetford Fridge being damaged. Reliance was called out by the site owner, a very pleasent engineer called Darren came to our rescue, diagnosed the faults, ordered the parts and as soon as they arrived a few days later got us back up and running again. Carried out all safety checks and we have our little blue light back, ie working fridge . Very impressed. Would recommend.

Great service here on recommendation from other Hymer owners. Called them to discuss repairing fridge, on visiting them added 4 other smaller jobs. All agreed to and undertaken quickly, efficiently and at good labour cost. Have already booked my jab check in for later in the year and would certainly recommend them. Paul. R.

Simply put - the best service I have encountered with anything to do with Motorhome / Van conversion upgrades and or service. Many thanks to Chris, Darren, Zach and Sean for their excellent work on installing our WiFi antenna and fixing our water system. What a dream team this is. An absolute breath of fresh air to find knowledgable chaps who have seen all the problems before and know the fixes . Not just quick fixes, pukka repairs and in some cases above original equipment standards. If you live within an hour of Chichester , and have a cherished van , then look no further for servicing and genuine good old fashioned service and help. Happy Birthday .

Fantastic service , nothing was to much trouble , Nice friendly staff , explained everything down to the last detail in plain English so I could understand , clean workshops , and covers used on seats and carpets covered while work was being done , picked up motorhome and dropped it off , or while drop you home and collect you . Fairly priced ! And give you all paperwork relevant to work carried out and sighted by technicians .great little company I'd recommend them and am doing .
