I believe in transparency in regard to fees and will always provide a competitive fee proposal for your specific project. The fee proposals include a comprehensive breakdown of the services provided and how much I charge for each stage.
Fees vary according to the size and complexity of the project and the specific services required however, we generally charge between 4% and 8% of the estimated project cost for the full service as described in the RIBA Plan of Work.I am able to provide the same service and range of services as larger architectural practices more cheaply because of my low overheads which means that I can keep fees as low as possible.
