MLE Pyrotechnics Limited began life in 1999 when Andy Lawrence formed the business with his son Mat Lawrence. Starting as a hobby the company began with displays for charity to satisfy the interests of the father and son team. Just a few years later MLE visited China and began importing fireworks in 2002 supplying a number of professional display companies and of course the needs of MLE as a display company.
Our team are passionate about entertaining people and giving audiences that all-important "wow" factor. This skill is aided by our years of experience in the pyrotechnics industry, creating bigger and better displays year on year. We hired MLE to do fireworks on our wedding day after we got engaged at the fireworks at Disney world in Florida and wanted to include fireworks on our special day.
They were very helpful during the booking process explaining the different lengths of packages and prices and how we could tailor the display to fit out budget.
The only thing that let them down slightly were their lack of communication leading up to the big day when our venue wanted to see proof of public liability and when we emailed with some other questions.
However, they did come back to us and saved the day by getting everything

Went to an MLE display last night at Stanford Hall, it was a fantastic display, they definitely went in hard with the show. We have had our tickets since last year as the show was originally cancelled.
On top of the fireworks, there was a team known as Aerosparx which displayed a glider with fireworks attached as it came down and landed in front of us. The drone show which the team had also put on for us was fantastic, it was the first UKs ticketed drone light show and it’s definitely going to be a big part in displays in the future

MLE did an absolutely amazing job on my Wedding day, we cannot thank them enough. Tam in the office was lovely to work with and always prompt in communication, the display was absolutely perfect and had a fantastic rhythm and variation. And the guys who did the display were awesome and so polite and professional. We cannot say thank you enough. We only wish we had another excuse for another display! - You get what you pay for

Fireworks were always a MUST have at our wedding, so we had to make sure the company involved was one of the best. Thankfully, MLE Pyrotechnics are! The fireworks were a special surprise for our guests, and MLE Pyrotechnics kept the secret very well both in the lead up and on the day itself. They put on a spectacular pyromusical display that truly wowed our guests and it was a truly epic finale to our special day!

Booked with MLE to do our wedding after having seen them several years running at Belvoir Castle. Obviously difficult to know what you're going to get before it actually happens with fireworks but we were incredibly impressed with the display we got for the money we paid. Absolutely amazing 7 minute display to music which was a surprise for our guests and everyone has said how good they were. Would definitely recommend!

With only a matter of weeks to plan our wedding in October 2016 we decided that fireworks would add a special touch as we had always wanted them. We sought advice from MLE and found it to be one of the most effortless elements of the wedding planning process. We called and spoke to an extremely helpful staff who were very knowledgeable and obviously passionate about what they do.
We challenged MLE to work within our very short timescale, budget and at a venue with a lot of restrictions on noise, timings and height. On the day they delivered, the display was seamless with no pauses and the timings
