Very friendly, efficient and helpful, my daughter buys shavings for bedding in bulk, the order is ready to collect on time, they know I'm coming and are always willing to help, the shop is well stocked with all pet feeds and accessories and very clean, there is ample parking and good single level access suitable for able bodied and disabled customers alike.

Swapped from James Well beloved light to jubilees own brand senior dry dog food at a1/4 of the price,the dogs love it and it's crunchy which is really helping the dogs teeth as well as keeping them clean,it's a winner so will stick with it.perfect product specially made by jubilee who seem to have the knowledge.
