Everything we do starts with a great conversation and that will be done with you at the early stages of your event planning and often in advance of concept formulation. We are easy to talk with and it is the perfect way for us to understand your project and objectives. At this stage even if it is just to get a feel for costs and budgets, we would love to talk.
In a nutshell, professionally setup AV equipment lighting, sets and backdrops specifically selected to make your event the success you intended at concept stage. To achieve this one of our team of helpful, friendly, and expert AV and lighting technicians will have visited your venue to scope out exactly what is needed for the set up and throughout the time of the live event.

Even a small self-managed event that only requires limited AV equipment still needs planning and scheduling to ensure the equipment is in place and fully operational in time for the event to start without hitches. For events that require multiple services with larger attendances, Conference Craft will create and manage a project plan which can be shared with you.
