We have been established in Glasgow since 1985 and are a family-run business. Over the years we have streamlined our services and now work almost exclusively for property management companies. We realise that property managers are busy people and have to look after a large number of services. Our aim is to lessen their workload by making the cleaning service as hassle-free as possible.

Services
It is vitally important that communal areas are maintained to a high standard, as it is the area seen by everyone coming in and out of the property. A full specification is drawn up for each development and the work is checked and supervised regularly. A signed and dated card is posted in each entrance with our contact details on it.

As always the service we get from Capital is excellent and exceeds our expectations every time. Our lovely cleaners always do a thorough clean and are very trustworthy and reliable.
