Services
Bourne Capital's commercial property division owns and manages a significant portfolio of office and retail investments in Central London. Our investment strategy is to acquire undervalued clusters of adjoining property to form our Estates. We then drive commercial value through a combination of active management, place making and development.
Located on the doorstep of Waterloo Station and facing one of the station's main entrances, the Waterloo Estate dominates an entire island block on Waterloo Road, comprising of six office buildings and a significant retail parade. In 2016, Bourne capital embarked on a major refurbishment initiative across the Waterloo Estate.
