A great place to purchase pianos. They have a variety of pianos from grande to upright in various sizes nicely displayed for trying out. Prices tend to start around 2K (or just under) and upwards. These are not brand new but most look new and extremely well maintained because most are not churned out via a line but handcrafted, therefore made to last and of high quality. Due to COVID they only accept customers via a booking system (2 hour slots) on their website. They are very accommodating and very helpful, especially if you are a novice and new to buying. Superb range of pianos for all budgets. Claire made me feel most welcome and gave me lots of helpful advice (and allowed me plenty of time and freedom to try the pianos). Would highly recommend - genuinely large showroom and great choice. I thought their website was great too - very helpful to see videos of the pianos being played.

Just bought a beautiful Schimmel K-122 piano from the Piano Gallery in Faringdon.
I came up from London on a saturday morning to try different pianos in store and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. I was given good information on transport links and once there there was even a professional pianist at hand to demonstrate the full capabilities of each instrument.
The price was also really good for a piano of this calibre which was delivered safely at my home in pristine condition.
I am absolutely thrilled with my new instrument and couldnt recommend The Piano Gallery more. Thank you

Bought an upright from the Piano Gallery. Nothing was too much trouble and were always very helpful. Given our piano was an expensive purchase we must have visited at least 4 times before buying and always the staff were lovely. Our upright is still wonderful, delivered in super quick time ans set up by their staff. Can highly recommmend

Just thought I would contact you to say thanks to your dad who put up with me messing around on all the pianos a week ago last Friday. I am now the proud owner of the Yamaha U30A having tried all the ones on the list I made from the website, except that one!
It is utterly lovely and I can't stop practising. I sold my digital Casio privately and so it all worked out so well. I really enjoyed my visit and the people who delivered the piano made a wonderful job of it.
So, I am a very happy customer.

I bought a new Yamaha grand in 2008. Claire was very friendly and helpful and I am still happy with the piano. I then moved to Poland in 2010 and during the move, one of the pegs that held the lid went missing. I contacted Piano Gallery many times for a replacement but received no response. Finally, I wrote to Yamaha on their website and a kind piano dealer from Germany sent me a replacement free of charge. It seems like The Piano Gallery is not really interested in after sales service.
