We booked in advance and paid for a taxi to pick us up from Cineworld after the film had finished. After waiting 15 minutes called the office only to be told one would be dispatched. I mean why was there no cab organised when we gave over two hours notice? After 35 minutes one arrived and the driver said he had only just got the booking! Shockingly bad organisation and certainly will not be using this company for pre booked taxis in the future.

Awful…pre booked taxi for 11.30, they rang at 11.34 to say they were outside the front door. They weren’t. Rang the office who said they were down the street, they weren’t. Office instructed driver to pick me up from new location (now round the corner) they did, and then charged me 10mins waiting time! When I agreed to pay the fare but refused to pay the waiting time the driver game me two options 1) pay it or 2) take me back to the pick up location! Had no choice but to pay a premium for not being picked up from the pre booked location! Plus he drove over the speed limit and recklessly.

I pre booked Saturday morning.. Didn’t show up for me ,a lady on my own at midnight Saturday . They just ignored my call . Disgusting. Never use again.. I would give a 0 if I could

An unreliable company who took my booking for three cabs for outward and return journeys. The cabs arrived in time for the outward journeys but failed to arrive for the midnight returns. When I phoned they said they had no knowledge of my booking and had no cabs available. This left ten people to walk along unlit country roads with no pavements back to our hotel. This was a dangerous situation for us especially as we had four minors and one slightly disabled adult in our party. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Honestly would give 0 stars if I could. Had to use them many times due to only being two actual cab companies in the town. Many times I have booked or used them and they are always late or don't turn up. Booked a cab in Cambridge over the weekend, tried to call to cancel no answer so the dispatch person decided to ring and demand £30. Awful customer service, awful company.

Would be a really good idea if their drivers could learn about using roundabouts and try to understand that they are not the only vehicles on the road Just had a near-miss with one of their cabs and am not happy. Don't use: dangerous.

Consistently awful. Drivers are always friendly and polite but always late. This weekend driver was a full hour late despite being told by the office that he was only 10 minutes away. The office never calls to say they are delayed. Will be using a different firm from now on - would never trust them for an airport run etc.

Never trust this taxi company they lie they are rude and they will hang up on you when you try to make a good point. They don't know the policy of customer is always right. Upon that I been forced to wait over two hours for a taxi we called the company 3 times and they always said 10 more minutes. Because of the company has left us at a awkward time during the time where all over taxi are busy which was 1 am in the morning saturday night we been forced to walk over 10 minutes from our family member birthday party with a 3 year old. Dirty old beat up cars , drivers that look like convicts

i even had one driver get out and threaten me when he nearly ran me over in the high st outside their office , their driving is bad too , no road manners at all

dirty dirty dirt bags , just right for taking drunks home at night but nothing else
