At McCavana Timber Frame Homes (IOM) Ltd, our team is skilled in all areas of timber frame construction. By combining our skills in design consultation, project management, production, quality control and delivery, we work together as a single team to meet the needs of our clients. During each project, we view the client as being an essential part of the team.

McCavana Timber Frame Homes can be erected within three to five days after being delivered to site. All framework and structural panels are manufactured in the factory and they can be made in conjunction with foundation laying and substructure, therefore allowing a more intense construction schedule.

Building controls regulations for new homes are becoming increasingly aggressive in terms of energy efficiency requirements. By 2016, all new homes must be 'A-rated' in terms of energy efficiency, which will effectively mean an end to 'traditional' concrete block based construction methods.
