As I’ve grown older I’ve found it more and more difficult to keep my weight down. I exercise regularly and have a reasonably healthy diet, and generally maintain a level at which I’ve been, in the main, happy. After a ridiculously busy 2018 I needed to recharge and we had a fairly sedentary Christmas. Much as we were running or walking every morning we then spent the rest of the day on the sofa with a book and I was easily tempted into a glass or two of wine. I needed some help with bloating and cramps and also losing weight.
Since working with Louise, the bloating and cramping have stopped completely. I feel a lot better in myself and I am enjoying eating well.
I also used to constantly think about food and have cravings for sweets/chocolate and carbs mostly. Since I eat a lot better and the bloating/cramping have disappeared, I don’t think about eating all the time. The cravings have gone. I don’t eat the cakes and other snacks that people bring into work, I actually can say no now!
I eat better, I sleep better, I feel more energised in general

I would highly recommend Louise, after thinking about getting in contact with Louise for a little while, I finally got brave and made the phone call.
After losing weight by exercising and counting calories I’d got to a point where I wasn’t losing anymore weight, no matter what I was doing.

Louise is just the BEST! She is so understanding and kind. She really made me feel so excited to start a healthy lifestyle. Louise is an empathetic listener who will listen to what your current or ongoing nutritional problem is and come up with workable solutions that are tailored to your individual needs.
I have been consulting with Louise because of some issues with my digestion and stomach acid levels. She has been very helpful in determining the causes and recommended some supplements and that I should cut down on gluten which has helped.

I first saw Louise after an operation for cancer. She offered professional nutriental advice to counter all the medications I had been given during my hospital stay. Louise's suggestions helped to balance my 'rickety' system and I felt I began to heal. I found Louise to be open and approachable. When I was at a low point she was encouraging and uplifting.
