Dreadful experience with this company. Ordered and paid in full for a pond pump. Order confirmed the following day and despatch the following day. Unfortunately I received a flood pump not a pond pump. Totally different and inappropriate for my use. Company promised to mail the correct goods but the following day said they were out of stock!
Why post incorrect goods when you haven’t got the correct item in stock?
I now have to go and parcel the goods up for them to be collected.
Sloppy company, obviously do not care about letting customers down. Avoid as they are unreliable.

Really good experience when I visited today, I wanted a hydroponic system and wasn't sure what one. After a chat with the lads we decided on one 😁 Really glad I found this shop abit far away but definitely worth the drive

Has a great product range, and very knowledgeable staff would defiantly recommend. Perfect place for me.
