Following a casual conversation with a complete stranger whilst shopping the subject of hard water within the area came up. The lady told my wife about how much better things were since she had your company fit a water softener and recommended you to us if we decided to go look further into having one ourselves. Well after a bit more research we… followed up with a call, Then a visit from a member of your team (Phil) who surveyed the property and told us in detail which machines were most suitable for us. We were then left with a very clear detailed quotation with no hard sales talk whatsoever

Kindwater serviced my softener and left it plumbed in the wrong way round! Subsequent hard water filling my system caused problems with dishwasher efficiency and left staining on glassware and cutlery. Staining also appeared on new bathroom chrome and shower cubicle. Engineer on return to fix the problem of his making, trod soil into the house and then tried to deny it. We have been left to sort out the consequences of very poor service in terms of cleaning and replacing glassware. I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone.
